Personal Use Only: Commissions are strictly for your personal enjoyment (avatars, headers, etc.). They cannot be used for commercial purposes, merchandise, reselling, or NFTs.

No AI Training: You may not use, upload, or feed my artwork into any Artificial Intelligence image generators or AI training datasets under any circumstances.

My Style: Artwork will be drawn in my art style, not the reference's.

Sharing & Privacy: I'll post finished pieces on my social media with credit to you. Just let me know if you prefer to keep yours private.

Reposting: Feel free to share your commissioned piece wherever you like, as long as you credit me!

Right to Decline: I reserve the right to respectfully decline a request if it falls outside my comfort zone or current skill set.

Payment Methods: USD via PayPal (International) or Online Bank Transfer/QR (Malaysians).

Note to Malaysian commissioners: Payments will be converted to MYR based on the current exchange rate at the time I send your invoice. No need to do the math yourself!

Invoicing: Please wait for me to send you an official invoice before making payment.

Deadlines: Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, or the commission will be canceled.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once made (unless I have to cancel the project myself, or if I haven't started yet).

Getting Started: Once I accept your request, I'll send a confirmation email. I will start sketching only after full payment is received.

Turnaround Time: Expect your piece to take between 2 weeks to a month. Let me know upfront if you need it by a specific deadline!

Progress: I will send you WIPs updates at every major step (thumbnail, sketch, base colors) so you can see how it's coming along.

Revisions: You get up to three (3) free revisions during the process. Any major changes requested after that will have a small extra fee.

Final Delivery: You will receive a download link via email for your two high-res .png files.
