Terms of Service

  • The commission provided is for personal use only (e.g. banner, profile pic) and may not be used for profit (e.g selling for prints/merch/NFTs).

  • The commission will be stylized to fit my art style.

  • I have the right to decline commissions I feel I am not capable of completing (e.g. too complicated / unable to fit in my style).

  • Completed commissions will be posted on my social medias with credit to the commissioner. Please let me know if you would like it to be private.

  • Reposting is okay with proper credit.

Payment & Pricing

  • Payments are in USD and is non-negotiable.

  • Payments are to be made via PayPal (international) and online bank transfer (Malaysian).

  • Note to Malaysian commissioners: For ease of conversion, please use this this converter. The amount converted will be rounded off to the nearest RM 1 (e.g. $15 is RM 62.67, therefore it will be rounded off to RM 63) .

  • Please do not proceed with payment until I have sent you an invoice.

  • Payment must be made within 48 hours after invoice is sent. Failure to respond will result in cancellation.

  • There will be no refunds once the payment has been made, unless I cancel on my side or have yet to start on the commission.

Commission Process

  • When commission is accepted, an email will be sent, confirming the commission.

  • When we have agreed on the commission, I will start on the sketch once the full payment has been made.

  • The turnaround for the commissions will be around 2 weeks to a month. Please be patient with me! If you want the commission at a specific deadline, do not hesitate to let me know!

  • A maximum of three (3) revisions are allowable. Subsequent revisions will be charged.

  • WIPs will be sent at every step (e.g thumbnails, sketch, colors, etc.)

  • Completed commissions will be sent two files as .png through your email (download link will be provided). This is not a physical product.
